- After this you have to write your full name as per your document.
- After this you have to click on the option of report.
- This will submit your request and you will get the ticket ID number.
- You have to note down this ticket ID reference number, you will also receive it on your mobile. With this you will be able to check your status.
- You will see the option to check the status on the top of this page. You can check the status by typing your ticket ID number in the box and clicking on Track.

- इसके बाद होम पेज पर मोबाइल नंबर लिखकर रिक्वेस्ट ओटीपी पर क्लिक करें और ओटीपी डालकर वेरिफाई करें।
- यदि आप इनमें से किसी भी मोबाइल नंबर का उपयोग नहीं कर रहे हैं, तो आपको सबसे पहले उस नंबर का चयन करना होगा।
- इसके बाद 'नॉट रिक्वायर्ड' सेक्शन को चुनना होगा। लेकिन अगर यह नंबर आपकी जानकारी में नहीं है तो उस मोबाइल नंबर के नीचे 'यह मेरा नहीं है' विकल्प पर क्लिक करें।
- इसके बाद आपको अपने दस्तावेज़ के अनुसार अपना पूरा नाम लिखना होगा।
- इसके बाद आपको रिपोर्ट के विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इससे आपका अनुरोध सबमिट हो जाएगा और आपको टिकट आईडी नंबर मिल जाएगा।
- इस टिकट आईडी रेफरेंस नंबर को आपको नोट कर लेना है, यह आपके मोबाइल पर भी प्राप्त हो जाएगा।
- इससे आप अपना स्टेटस चेक कर सकेंगे.
- आपको इस पेज के ऊपर स्टेटस चेक करने का विकल्प दिखाई देगा। आप बॉक्स में अपना टिकट आईडी नंबर टाइप करके और ट्रैक पर क्लिक करके स्थिति की जांच कर सकते हैं।
